GardenGOAT is a full-service design-build landscaping firm based in Austin, TX. We create high-end outdoor living spaces that reflect each homeowner’s vision, lifestyle, and property. With over five years of experience in the Austin area, our team specializes in landscape design, softscaping, hardscaping, woodwork, grading, drainage, and irrigation.
Our founder, Nicolas Zumino, started GardenGOAT after leaving a career in the tech industry to pursue something more hands-on and meaningful. Originally from Paris, France, he immigrated to the U.S. in 2017 and became a proud American citizen in 2023. Driven by a desire to do work that makes a visible impact—and to show his children the value of building something real—he began with just a shovel, a truck, and a vision.
Since those early days, Nicolas has grown GardenGOAT into a trusted name in Austin landscaping. Each project is approached with the same dedication that fueled the very first one: a commitment to quality, integrity, and personal care.
The Garden Goat crew have been a GREAT FIND! Nicolas and his super hard working crew are fantastic! Great communication. Show up when they say they’re going to. The guys truly get that each job will change a little as you start and help you tweak things as needed on the fly. They pivot really well.
